A total of 15 pattern designs, including wood and stone materials
LX Hausys has launched a renewed new version of ‘LX Z:IN Flooring Zia Sarang-ae,’ a residential sheet flooring ideal for use in homes with children and pets.
First launched in 2016, the ‘Zia Sarang-ae’ flooring has been loved for its anti-slip performance and trendy designs, and now, four years after its 2018 renewal, it returns with another renewed new product. The newly renewed ‘Zia Sarang-ae’ features enhanced surface durability, ensuring quality that is safe not only for families but also for pets. In particular, in terms of design, it more naturally reproduces the texture of natural materials such as wood and stone. In addition, the new ‘Zia Sarang-ae’ applies the ‘Cross Texture’ technique, which creates embossing (a raised, bumpy pattern) in a multi-angled grid on the flooring surface, delivering not only anti-slip performance but also stronger durability than previous products against friction and scratches caused by pets’ claws. Furthermore, it has proven its eco-friendliness by obtaining the Ministry of Environment’s Eco-Label certification, and with virtually no gaps at the seams, it is easy to clean and offers hygienic performance that keeps moisture from seeping through floor gaps.
Thanks to this durability and eco-friendliness, ‘Zia Sarang-ae’ has also earned the ‘Pet Product Safety Certification (PS Certification).’ PS Certification is granted only to products that pass the safety standards designated after quality inspection by the Korea Kennel Club and KOTITI Testing & Research Institute, and it has recently gained strong recognition among people with pets.
The new ‘Zia Sarang-ae’ has been released in a total of 15 designs featuring wood and stone materials in two thicknesses (3.2 mm and 2.7 mm). In particular, with a big-size (WiDE) design that is 1.5 times larger than before and synchronized embossing technology that aligns the printed pattern with the surface embossing, it expresses the distinctive texture of wood and stone materials with greater three-dimensional depth. Among these, ‘Evernine Oak,’ a wide-plank wood design that gives the feel of real solid wood, and ‘Natural Terrazzo,’ a stone design that enables modern space styling, are expected to draw attention.
