Proven durability of IMSAK pruning shears earns high consumer satisfaction

IMSAK Co., Ltd., Korea's only company specializing in cordless power tools, has carried out 'On-Site Pruning Shears After-Sales Service' visits for the convenience of customers using its products.

IMSAK's pruning shears were the first electric pruning shears in Korea and are a product widely loved by fruit farmers across the country. Although pruning seasons vary by crop, pruning work generally begins between November and February. To develop its pruning shears, IMSAK traveled to every corner of the nation, and based on the information it gathered, it carried out its after-sales service in November when the main work begins.

In the working environment for pruning shears, the hardness of the base material varies depending on the wide range of fruit trees, and because work usually starts early in the dawn, it is characterized by heavy dew (moisture). This makes the durability, upkeep, and maintenance of the product all the more important. No matter how well a product is made, consistent maintenance is essential. As a result of the after-sales service, many farmers visited early in the morning for upkeep and maintenance, and defects in the products themselves rarely occurred. Most cases involved parts replacement after days of heavy use, or housing replacement due to drops and impacts. This can be seen as evidence of the outstanding durability of IMSAK pruning shears. Continuing from 2023, the 'On-Site Pruning Shears After-Sales Service Visits' were held again in 2024, delivering 200% satisfaction to farmers using IMSAK products.

IMSAK does not stop at selling products made with purely its own domestic technology; it also strives for the convenience of customers who have purchased and are using them.
