Breaking away from uniform sink bowl designs, Baekjo Sink has launched its new product 'Farm Sink,' capable of creating a fresh kitchen atmosphere, and unveiled it for the first time at '2019 Korea Build,' held this past February at KINTEX in Ilsan.

The 'Farm Sink' is a sink bowl in which the raw material of the bowl and the countertop are exposed on the front. With a design that looks as though it is wearing an apron, it is also called an 'Apron Front Sink.' Released in two versions—stainless SQF-830 and black N-100—Baekjo Sink's 'Farm Sink' does not embed the sink bowl inside the lower cabinet as with typical inset or undermount methods, but instead presents the bowl on the front, allowing one to feel both modern refinement and classic elegance at the same time. It is drawing considerable interest from consumers looking for a distinctive sink bowl to create a kitchen of their own.

Baekjo Sink prepared a display where visitors could see, all in one place, its buzzworthy stainless sink bowls—including the 'Quiet Sink Bowl,' which won the Commissioner of the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards Award at the 2018 Good Design (GD) Awards, and the 'Multi Laundry Washing Bowl,' which combines the functions of a sink bowl and a washboard—as well as the recently officially launched Italian premium sink bowl 'APELL.' In addition, visitors could get an advance look within the exhibition hall at products slated for official release, such as the 'Ultra-Slim Countertop' with 5T-thick stainless steel and the 'Enamel Color Sink Bowl.'

A Baekjo Sink official said, "Thanks to a design that does not embed the sink bowl inside the lower cabinet but instead brings it to the front to serve as a key point of the kitchen, we received a great deal of interest from visitors who want a distinctive kitchen," adding, "Through continuous design research and the production of high-quality products, we will present products that can capture consumers' hearts." 02-929-4443
