Smeg Korea, the premium Italian home-appliance brand, has unveiled its 'Hood-Integrated Induction' cooktop. Smeg's 'Hood-Integrated Induction' features a maximum airflow of 750㎥/h, allowing it to quickly and powerfully draw in indoor pollutants and odors generated during cooking. In particular, the induction cooktop also delivers a powerful heating output of up to 3.7㎾ per zone and comes equipped with a FreeZone function.
In addition, Smeg's new 'Hood-Integrated Induction' is fitted with an AutoVent system that automatically operates the hood according to the induction's heat level, and airflow can also be manually adjusted across a total of 10 levels, including a Booster function. Furthermore, a waterproof design has been applied to guard against water flowing into the central hood during cooking, so it can be used with peace of mind even if broth or liquid spills over.
Beyond this, the product is equipped with a variety of features designed with the consumer's usability in mind, including a filter-management alarm that notifies users when it is time for periodic filter cleaning and maintenance, a 42℃ defrost mode, a 74℃ warming mode, a 94℃ low-heat cooking mode, and a delicate cooking mode that can be used as the situation requires.
