CADian (CEO Park Seung-hoon), a company specializing in CAD program development, has launched ‘CADian 2025’ and is running a pre-order promotion through the 31st.
Having introduced Korea's first homegrown CAD program in 1998, CADian is now unveiling its 27th version. According to a company official, it is compatible with AutoCAD's dwg files and supports commands and shortcuts, establishing itself as the most widely used general-purpose CAD program after AutoCAD.
In particular, ‘CADian 2025’ enhances user convenience and performance through a range of improved features. The speed of the dwg drawing comparison function has been improved, and the real-time update function has been strengthened. Key improvements also include ▲enhanced LISP compatibility and performance improvements ▲digital signature support for dwfx files ▲enhanced dynamic block creation and editing functions. In addition, it supports building IcARX-based applications that can run in both AutoCAD and CADian, and adds a measurement unit conversion calculator and advanced block reset functions. Data extraction and filtering from external references, advanced blocks, attributes, and AEC objects are also possible. The company stated that it supports more than 120 improved features.
Furthermore, CADian users can choose between perpetual and subscription licensing for both single-user (node-lock) and multi-user (network) options. Users can also freely download applications such as ▲Dream2, a civil design tool with DreamPlus function support ▲Dajeong Dagam and Dufa for structural design ▲ARCH for architectural design ▲TSE for piping design ▲PowerMAP for complex and road design. Mechanical (MecClick, CADMas, EasyMech), architectural (Pyramid), and plant (Mech-Q) design tools are also available.
